Accessibility
A calmer, more usable field journal for everyone.
We aim to make Seed Ledger Journal readable and navigable across screen sizes, input methods, and assistive technologies.
What we provide
Pages use semantic headings, landmarks, descriptive link text, keyboard-focus styles, and alternative text for meaningful images. Navigation labels identify the main and footer regions, and the mobile menu can be opened and closed with a button that exposes its current state.
Reading and motion
Text is presented with responsive sizing and comfortable line spacing. Page and menu transitions are reduced when your device requests reduced motion. Images are loaded with dimensions and lazy loading where appropriate to limit layout shifts and data use.
Known limits
Some editorial images are illustrative rather than documentary, and browser extensions, operating-system settings, or older browsers may change how a page appears. We continue to review contrast, focus order, touch targets, and zoom behavior on current desktop, tablet, and mobile browsers.
Report a barrier
If a page, control, image description, or document is difficult to use, please send the URL and a brief description through Contact Us. We will review accessibility reports as editorial capacity allows.
