Terms for using Seed Ledger Journal.
Effective date: September 11, 2026. Last updated: October 17, 2026. These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of https://trivano.top and its articles and related services (the “Service”). The Service is operated through the Seed Ledger Journal editorial desk. By using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. Eligibility
You may use the Service only where doing so is lawful. If you are not old enough under the law that applies to you to agree to these Terms, use the Service only with the consent of a parent or guardian where that is permitted.
2. What the Service provides
The Service publishes general information and editorial content about seed saving, small-space growing, soil and compost care, and seasonal planning. Content may become outdated and is not individualized professional advice.
3. Permission to use the Service
Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable permission to access and use the Service for lawful, non-commercial purposes. This permission does not transfer ownership or permit you to copy, republish, sell, sublicense, reverse engineer, scrape at scale, interfere with, or create a competing dataset from the Service, except where applicable law expressly allows it.
4. Acceptable use
You must not violate law or another person’s rights; disrupt, overload, probe, bypass, or compromise the Service; introduce malware, automated abuse, fraudulent traffic, or deceptive activity; access non-public areas without authorization; use bots or scrapers in a way that ignores technical restrictions or imposes unreasonable load; misrepresent affiliation; submit false rights notices; or remove ownership, copyright, trademark, or advertising disclosures.
5. Editorial and gardening-information limits
Content may contain errors, incomplete information, opinions, estimates, or links that later change. Verify time-sensitive facts with a current primary source. Gardening outcomes vary with climate, plant variety, soil conditions, pests, local law, and site conditions. Nothing on the Service is medical, legal, financial, food-safety, pesticide, agricultural, or other professional advice, and the Service does not create a professional-client relationship.
6. Third-party links and services
The Service may display or link to content controlled by others. Your interaction with that content is between you and the third party. We are not responsible for third-party availability, code, advertising, purchases, accounts, content, security, or privacy practices. Links do not imply endorsement or affiliation.
7. Advertising, affiliate links, and sponsorships
At the effective date, the Service does not display Google-served advertising, paid editorial placements, or affiliate recommendations. If advertising, affiliate links, or sponsored content are introduced, they will be identified where they appear. Advertising providers may process information as described in our Privacy Policy. Sponsorship does not guarantee a favorable editorial conclusion.
8. Intellectual property
The Service’s original design, text, software, graphics, and compilation are owned by the site operator or used under license. Third-party brands, product names, images, and trademarks remain the property of their respective owners. You may link to public pages and share short attributed excerpts for non-commercial discussion, but may not reproduce substantial portions of the Service, present its work as your own, remove attribution, or bulk-copy it for a competing service.
9. Messages and submissions
If you send us a message, correction, or other material, you retain ownership of it. You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use it only as reasonably necessary to respond to you, operate the Service, investigate abuse, or publish it where you explicitly ask us to do so. Send only material you have the right to provide, and do not include another person’s private information without permission. Sending a message does not create an editorial, employment, partnership, or confidential relationship. The editorial desk decides whether to publish, edit, link to, or respond to a submission; an unsolicited submission does not guarantee credit, publication, or payment. These Terms and the Privacy Policy form the agreement about the Service unless a feature has additional stated terms.
