Privacy policy
Privacy and advertising information
Effective date: September 2, 2026. This policy explains how Seed Ledger Journal handles information when you use this public editorial site.
Information we handle
Reading public pages does not require an account, payment details, profile, or newsletter registration. If you contact us, we use the name, email address, and message content you provide only to review and respond to that message. We do not sell personal information. Our hosting and security providers may process standard server-log data, such as IP address, browser or device information, requested pages, and time of access, to operate and protect the site.
Cookies, analytics, and Google advertising
At the effective date, this site does not intentionally load Google advertising tags or Google Analytics and does not display Google-served ads. If we later add Google advertising, Google and its advertising technology partners may receive information such as the page URL, IP address, and cookie or device information in connection with serving, measuring, protecting, or personalizing ads. We will update this policy before that change and identify the relevant providers and choices.
Personalized-ad choices
If Google-served personalized ads are enabled, you can turn off Google ad personalization through Google My Ad Center. Turning off personalization does not necessarily remove ads; ads may still be contextual or based on general location. See How Google uses information from sites or apps that use its services for Google’s explanation of this processing.
Regional consent
Before serving personalized Google ads where consent is required, including in the EEA, the United Kingdom, and Switzerland, we will provide the required notice and use an appropriate consent-management solution. You can withdraw a consent choice through the controls made available at that time. This commitment does not replace rights or remedies available under applicable privacy law.
Retention, security, and your choices
We keep contact messages only as long as reasonably needed to respond, maintain records, or meet legal obligations. We use reasonable measures to protect information, but no online service can guarantee absolute security. Where applicable law provides privacy rights, you may use the Contact Us page to request access, correction, deletion, or other information about the personal information we hold about you.
Policy updates
We may update this policy as the site evolves. The current version and effective date will be published on this page.
